Contact the Core (SingleCellBio@cshl.edu) for a quote.

 

iLab Website:  CSHL users can view the current rate structure here. All other users must request a quote to begin their project.

 

Note: Our rate structure depends on specifics of your experiment, including labor, sequencing considerations, add-ons, etc.  

Standard Analysis Deliverables

After your experiment and standard analysis has been completed, the following will be emailed to you:

 

  • Data delivery document

    • Highlighting data quality and instructions on accessing/using data from your experiment. Note that if you have multiple samples, the ordering of your samples summary within the delivery doc may not match up with the .h5 file provided. Please check the aggr.csv provided to confirm.

  • initial_10xGEX_data.zip

    • Loupe cell browser file for interactively browsing your data

    • A filtered feature matrix for loading into open-source analysis tools like Seurat or Scanpy

    • Web summary detailing experiment results

    • As part of the standard analysis pipeline, we will aggregate your data as necessary. An aggr.csv file will detail your different samples

    • No quality control will be performed on the initial dataset

  • reanalyzed_10xGEX_data.zip

    • We will review your filtered feature matrix and remove dead and low quality cells. Exact criteria and methodology will be specified in the data delivery doc. Afterwards, we will use Cellranger to reanalyze the data

    • Filtered_barcodes.csv indicating which barcodes were used during the reanalyze pipeline

    • Loupe cell browser file with filtered barcodes for interactively browsing your data

    • A filtered feature matrix for loading into open-source analysis tools like Seurat or ScanpyWeb summary detailing experiment results

Extended Bioinformatic Support

For analysis help beyond the preliminary deliverables, please reach out to a Core member and we will be happy to discuss a customized in-depth analysis on a fee-for-service basis or as a collaboration.
