What to Pack?

Submit fixed pieces of tissue according to the 10x guide. Stop at page 3 and freeze the samples. Alternatively submit 300,000 fixed cells according to this protocol
 
10x Flex Apex is a probed-based, "whole-ish transcriptome" gene expression assay for Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Details about the probe sets can be found here.

Find your Gate

Once you've requested Budget Flex in ilab, drop frozen samples off at Woodbury (main campus pickup coming soon). Samples will be processed using the 10x Flex Apex Kit once we receive 12 samples to run together.
