Getting Started With Visium
Pair the right sample with the right assay:
​Both Xenium and Visium assays require tissue to have high quality RNA but depending on the assay FFPE blocks, Fresh Frozen blocks, or pre cut slides can be used as input​
How to Submit Samples for Visium CytAssist:
Stained slides:
​You send us prestained slides with a hardset coverslip and select your ROI.​

We check RNA quality and if everything looks good we proceed with the Visium workflow and provide you with raw sequencing data, images and the preliminary Space Ranger analysis of your visium HD or SD data.
FFPE Blocks:
​You send us FFPE blocks ​
​
We section, check RNA quality, stain and image them
​
You select ROIs
​
We proceed with the Visium workflow and provide you with raw sequencing data, images and the preliminary Space Ranger analysis of your visium HD or SD data.
